All JetBlue fares except Blue Basic on some routes include a carry-on bag plus a personal item. Blue Basic historically restricted passengers to a personal item only — verify your fare before travel. Checked bags are paid on Blue Basic and Blue fares; Blue Plus, Blue Extra and Mint include allowances. TrueBlue Mosaic members get two free bags.
